Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a dynamic martial art. It is an effective way to lose weight and get into shape since you will be using your entire body muscles. With movements inspired by boxing and taekwondo, you will get the best experience and learn both combat techniques, fitness, and self-defense.

Kickboxing training consists of punches, blocks, dodges, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes.
